What is Xero Swiss Connector?

The application allows Xero clients in Switzerland to automate payments with Swiss banks. 

1- Generate payment instructions using data fetched from bills (account payables) retrieved from Xero

2- Import bank statements got from Swiss banks into Xero

- The user registers and login using Xero single-sign-on

- The solution starts the connection to Xero, and the user chooses the organizations to connect to.

- The user gives consent for the App to access Xero data automatically.

- In the app, the user can switch between Xero organizations anytime.

- The user can log out and disconnect from Xero.

- The app retrieves payment data from bills to pay via Xero Accounting API.

- The user selects the bills she wants to pay.

- The app augments the data with parameters required by Swiss banks such as Credit Suisse, UBS, Raiffeisenbank, etc.

- The app generates a payment instruction file in the ISO 20022 PAIN.001 XML format, which the user can download and manually submit to her bank.

- The user uploads a bank statement received from her Swiss bank in the format ISO 20022 CAMT XML.

- The app extracts Xero-compatible transaction data from the file and generates a Xero-compatible CSV file.

- The user imports the CSV file to Xero manually and performs reconciliation inside Xero.

- The app can also save the transactions automatically into Xero, without generating a CSV.
