Manage Xero connections

The solution allows you to connect to your organizations in Xero and manage your settings for the integration.
1. Click on the Organizations icon in the top left menu. The page is opened automatically after you sign in.
2. The list of Xero organizations currently connected to our solutions is displayed.

How to connect an organization
You can add a new Xero organization to the solution.
1. Click on Add Organization
2. Select the new organization from the list of organizations in the Xero consent screen
3. Click on "Allow access"
4. The new organization will now appear on your Organizations page

How to disconnect an organization
You can disconnect your Xero organization any time. Our solution will no longer access your organization.
1. Click on Disconnect
2. The disconnected organization will disappear from the Organizations page
How to activate an organization
You can switch between organizations to pay bills or import bank statements.
1. Click on the organization's name
2. The Bills page will show bills to pay in the selected organization
How to re-connect to Xero after disconnection
You can disconnect our solution from the Connected Apps screen (Xero > org name > settings > connected apps > disconnect app). The disconnected organization will disappear from the Organizations page automatically and our solution will not have access to the organization anymore.
If you disconnect all your organizations from our solution, you will be able to reconnect.

1. Click on Connect to Xero
2. Select the new organization from the list of organizations in the Xero consent screen
3. Click on "Allow access"
4. The new organization will now appear on your Organizations page
How to re-connect to Xero after off-boarding
Our solution includes a disconnection process for customers who don’t convert to paying customers or are off-boarding from us. In this case, you will be able to re-onboard by purchasing credits.
